New Mod settings Empty New Mod settings

Since I cannot Find any GFX mods, I deleted the Magic Mod and POwer mod and Just made a moderate group.

IF you were either a Power, Magic of GFX mod, you are a Mod.

You might notice that I have some new moderates and new color skeme
